This course gave me far more than I expected, both academically and personally. I have always considered myself reflective and open-minded, but I finished with a deeper understanding of myself, greater compassion for who I am and the confidence to know I am on the right path. I have recommended it to everyone I’ve spoken to and genuinely believe it could be a valuable journey of personal growth for anyone.

Our trainer was excellent - compassionate, knowledgeable, patient, caring, engaging and fun. She made our group feel like a team from the very first session. Taking this course was one of the best decisions I have ever made.
