Get Help

If you or someone you support is affected by alcohol, drugs, or mental health challenges, help is available.

We provide confidential support for individuals and families across Scotland. You can refer yourself, refer someone else, or make a professional referral on behalf of a client.

All referrals are treated with care, respect, and confidentiality, and our team will work with you to ensure the right support is offered at the right time.
